We are a pet-loving household, sharing our home with our own friendly dog and the sweetest feline companion. Our doors are always open to welcoming new four-legged friends into our little family, where they can feel comfortable, relaxed and loved at home.
Pawsland Exclusive Pet Services was established as a premium, family-run pet care establishment, offering a range of personalised services, including doggy daycare, home boarding, dog training, social walks, fun clubs, and behavioural consultations. Our vision was to create a place where pet owners could access a comprehensive range of quality services under one roof, while enjoying the reassurance and peace of mind that their beloved companions are receiving exceptional care and attention.
At Pawsland, our doggie daycare/dog boarding service is centred on providing thoughtful care and an environment that respects each dog’s individual needs. We understand that dogs may take time to settle in unfamiliar surroundings. That’s why considering their routine, temperament, comfort, and previous experiences is an important part of planning their stay.
Furthermore, our expertise as a Qualified Clinical Animal Behaviourist allows us to offer additional understanding and professional support for dogs experiencing behavioural challenges. We believe that every dog deserves patience, compassion, and an approach tailored to their individual needs. This specialist knowledge also gives owners greater confidence and reassurance when entrusting us with their beloved companions.

Animal welfare is our top priority. We arrange a meet-and-greet prior the first booking to ensure your dog feels comfortable in our home. If they don’t settle well, we may unfortunately be unable to accommodate them.🐕🦺

We also offer complimentary basic grooming for all our residents as a preventative measure for fleas and ticks, including baths and daily brushing, helping maintain their hygiene, coat condition, and overall comfort throughout their stay.🐶🪮
As this is a family-run business, we are at the facility 7/24. So you are welcome anytime for a chat or coffee.😎
Before arranging boarding, we discuss your dog’s routine, health and care requirements, temperament, and any specific needs.
This helps us establish whether the arrangement is suitable and identify anything that may help your dog settle more comfortably.
We also encourage owners to share important information about feeding, medication, behaviour, and emergency contacts.

🐾 We provide the best and most flexible service in return of some terms and conditions.
🐾 We only work with responsible pet owners.
🐾 It is advisable for you to come and visit us with your paw friend before booking the boarding.
🐾 Paws’ health and behavioural conditions have always priority over owners’ expectations.
🐾 Daily routine of each pet is determined according to the dog`s needs. Either you have a paw friend that never knows how to get tired and requires more physical activities, or a puppy needs extra support in the early stage of his/her life for toilet training or biting problems, or even you have traumatized dog with special requirements due to excessive fear and anxiety, you will find the right care and support you need for your bestie.
🐾 We are a family-run business on board 7/24. So, we have flexible drop-off and pick-up times, no limitations.
🐾 It is important to inform us of all medical, behavioural issues and special needs of your dog. So that we can provide the right care he/she needs.
🐾 Behavioural issues such as excessive barking, separation anxiety, aggression, biting, …etc should be informed during the first visit.
🐾 If your dog gets ill during his/her stay in our facility, we will contact you. But will take the necessary actions for veterinary advice immediately. It is advisable for pet owners to have private insurance. The costs of any pre-diagnosed ongoing treatment deemed necessary by the Veterinary Surgeon will be added to your bill to be paid in departure.
🐾 You consent that Pawsland Exclusive Services will take the action to administer any First Aid treatment where necessary.
🐾 Only fully vaccinated, microchipped paws are allowed in the facility. Proof of vaccination records/passports should be presented to the check-in team. We don`t require officially but it is advisable to have a kennel cough vaccine and minimum 3 weeks should pass after the vaccine in order to enter the premises.
🐾 Owners should inform the team before check-in regarding the consent of their paws to attend the socialization activities or play with other dogs.
🐾 We have a fix price policy. “Care is care“, doesn`t matter puppy/adult/senior/pregnant or daycare/nightcare. We charge per day, not per night.
🐾 Boarding fees must be paid in advance prior to boarding.
🐾We accept bitches that are in season. However, you should inform the team in advance as if your dog becomes in season during her stay, Pawsland Exclusive Pet Services will not be held liable for any pregnancies that occur.
🐾 We accept pregnant dogs and dogs with special needs that require extra care for boarding.
🐾 The dog warden and police will be in charge of dogs that are not collected within 48 hours of arranged departure date.
🐾 We need official confirmation from the owner in case someone else will pick up the dog.
🐾 By using our premises, you are confirming that your dog(s) have had no communicable diseases in the last 30 days.
🐾 All paw buddies will get benefit from free grooming service for bath and brush prior to boarding and when departure. This is also essential for our hygienic rules in order to avoid the spread of any ticks and flees.
🐾 Pawsland Exclusive Pet Services will not accept any liability for any injury from one family dog to another or during regular exercise activities.
🐾 Owners can provide all their paws needs including food, collar, harness, leash, favourite toys, snacks, and bones. We take care of everything personally. But we will not take any responsibility for the items provided in case it is lost, broken or damaged because of your dog.
🐾 We may take photos and videos of our guests during exercise, activities and trainings. Owners agree on the use of photos and videos of their paw buddies as promotional material in our marketing plans both social media, printed media and tv campaigns, and digital advertising.
🐾 Only kindness, happiness, and joy can shine in our premises. Pawsland Exclusive Pet Services has a no-bullying policy. Anyone deemed to be bullying, harassing, or being rude to any of our team members will be asked to leave immediately with the cancelation of his/her bookings with no refund.
🐾 By using our facility, owners agree that we may contact you by phone or email.
🐾 Any complaint should be made officially in writing within 7 days of departure.
